Telecom Company hires ADG Infotek to provide call
centre services
One of the leading telecom
companies in UK has appointed ADG Infotek to provide
its outbound call centre services. The company was
looking for a service provider that not only provides
the call centre services but also has the ability
to work closely with their sales team to achieve tangible
business results.

with the sales outcome of the client was a major factor
that contributed towards getting this order. We believe

The contract is
for one year. The services provided are expected to
double during this period.

consultants get certified on Saleslogix CRM
As part of the objective
to provide clients with quality and industry standard
services, ADG Infotek took the initiative to make
its CRM consulting team to go through the technical
and functional certification training and examinations
offered by a leading CRM company. The consultants
were trained on Saleslogix CRM, one of the leading
CRM solution provider in the world. These consultants
will be deployed on various CRM implementation projects
worldwide.
This training was a
part of the overall objective of the company to standardize
the implementation processes across the various projects.
Company is soon expected to rollout its implementation
methodologies for the implementation of ERP and CRM
products. Key objective of standardization of implementation
processes across all the projects is to enable the
company to measure the status of its various ongoing
projects. This will lead to greater objectivity in
strategic decision making by the steering committees
of various projects.
This training
was conducted at the Bahrain office of ADG Infotek
and went on for a period of approximately 22 business
days.
